Services

Four kinds of care under one roof. If you are not sure which visit you need, call the desk and Michele can point you to the right person.

Chiropractic

Hands-on and instrument adjustments to restore motion in the spine and ease the pain that comes with it.

  • We treat low back pain, neck pain, headaches, auto injuries, disc problems, sports injuries, and pediatric patients.
  • Dr. Paul also uses the ProAdjuster, a computerized instrument that applies a low-force adjustment without the cracking some people dislike.
  • Nutritional counseling is available when it helps the plan.

Physical therapy

Hands-on care and a home exercise plan so you can move with less pain after injury, surgery, or wear and tear.

  • Dr. Meg treats sports injuries, general orthopedic problems, post-surgical rehab, and vertigo.
  • Sessions mix manual therapy with exercises chosen for your goals, not a generic packet.
  • Hours are on the Physical Therapy board. Call 410-647-2225 for a time.

Massage for sore muscles, stress, and recovery. Dru schedules by appointment only.

  • Techniques include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial work, reflexology, and prenatal massage.
  • Call 410-647-2225 to request a time. Massage is not walk-in.
  • Tell us what hurts and how much pressure you want. We will match the work to that.

Dry needling

A thin filament needle placed in a tight muscle band to interrupt the pain cycle.

  • Dr. Meg is certified in dry needling.
  • It is used for myofascial trigger points, the knots that keep a pain cycle going.
  • Ask at the desk whether it fits your visit. It is a separate service from a standard adjustment.
