If you are a patient, the office also keeps a Notice of Privacy Practices for your health information. HIPAA and the other rules that apply to a healthcare office govern that notice and the chart we keep for your care.

This web page is not that notice, and it is not a substitute for it. Ask at the front desk for the in-office Notice of Privacy Practices, or call 410-647-2225.

You can read hours, services, staff, and directions without giving us your name. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for other companies to market to you.

The site host may keep ordinary connection logs, such as which page was requested and when. We use that only to keep the site running.

The form at Request appointment asks for your name, phone number, email, preferred days and times, whether you are a new or existing patient, and an optional note. Phone is required so the office can call you back.

Sending the form requests a time. It does not book a visit. Someone from the office confirms by phone or email. We keep the request so the desk can respond.

Under the phone field, the request form has a checkbox labeled Opt-in to Text Messages. It starts unchecked. Check it only if you want texts from Bartlinski Chiropractic. If you leave it unchecked, we still take the appointment request, and that is not permission to text you.

If you opt in, the office may text you about appointments, feedback, and office notices. Those messages are sent with Aloha (getaloha.com), the texting service this office uses. Aloha receives the phone number and message details needed to deliver the texts.
