Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which trained specialists (chiropractors) use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure, also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal motion and improve your body's physical function.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is an invasive procedure in which a solid filament needle is inserted into the skin and muscle directly at a myofascial trigger point. A myofascial trigger point consists of multiple contraction knots, which are related to the production and maintenance of the pain cycle.
Dr. Carter with Forever Young Wellness, provides services in our office including wrinkle relaxer and fillers. In addition, she offers medical weight loss, and IV vitamins and hydration.
Massage therapy is a hands-on technique involving the manipulation of muscles and soft tissues to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Therapists (Dru) use various techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and applying pressure to address specific issues or simply induce relaxation. It can relieve tension, reduce stress, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility.
Physical therapy
Physical therapy is like a gym membership for those who find moving isn’t as easy as it used to be, whether it’s due to injury, surgery, or aches and pains. Think of physical therapists as personal trainers who specialize in the nitty-gritty of how your body works. They're there to stretch, strengthen, and cheer you on, ensuring you can move through life as smoothly as a well-oiled joint. With a bit of humor, hands-on care, and customized exercises, they’ll help you bend without breaking and shake off those creaks and groans. It’s about getting you back in motion, with a few laughs along the way because laughter might just be the best medicine (right after physical therapy, of course).
